LIABILITY:

Teepee Dreamz assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Teepee Dreamz inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Teepee Dreamz is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the use of our tents and rental equipment, decorations, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client.

DAMAGES:

The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Teepee Dreamz will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, food or drink inside tents).  There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in tent area. While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damage to any of Teepee Dreamz property. Any food or pet stains on the tents or party accessories will incur a $150.00 cleaning fee and the loss of deposit.

 

LOCATIONS:

We are happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing near or at Palm Beach County. However, in the event that you choose a hotel or clubhouse, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location. Should the venue you choose to deny us access, your payment will be forfeited except your deposit, which will be returned. Our Teepee Tents including our Picnic and Canopy Tents are NOT waterproof. If the event is outside the teepees cannot stay outside during the night as they can become damaged by animals, sprinklers and/or weather. If your event is outside the Client is responsible for taking down all the equipment and bring them inside unless noted in the contractual agreement. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Should you agree that Teepee Dreamz may photograph your event in the party agreement,Teepee Dreamz reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Teepee Dreamz, in perpetuity, and for other use by Teepee Dreamz. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, or addresses or personal information be used.

 

EVENT EXECUTION:

Each Teepee Dreamz party is unique. Exact décor,  is subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We strive to update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a gorgeous event, even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website. If there is a themed you would like for your event let us know. We may be able to accommodate that specific theme. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

There will be no refunds given for your deposit or previously paid party balance.

If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available.

Teepee Dreamz reserves the right at all times to cancel party agreements should issues arrive due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties.
